Teeth’s whitening/bleaching is a very commonly done and easy procedure to get shiny white teeth that too without any grinding or shaping of teeth.

It can be done by a dentist in his clinic (Office Bleaching) as well as at home by patient but under the supervision of dentist (Home Bleaching).

In office bleaching special chemicals are placed on patient’s teeth by dentist and activated by various means. This results in lightening of the teeth shade immediately by action of bleaching.

In home bleaching the chemicals are placed on teeth using special carrier trays and kept for couple of hours in contact with teeth. The limitation is that the results are often slow and patients often end up doing over whitening of teeth.
